Freddie Eley

Freddie graduated from Edge Hill University in 2014 with a degree in Sports Therapy.

Throughout his career he has worked for several professional sports teams, including Tranmere Rovers FC, AFC Bournemouth and Southampton FC where he still currently works within the academy medical team. Alongside his work in sport he has worked in various clinics across Hampshire helping develop his skill set to assess and treat patients of all backgrounds and ages accurately and effectively.

He prides himself on his soft tissue work, and treats using sports massage, active release and taping techniques. He pairs his knowledge of assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries with planning and delivering effective rehabilitation programs helping people develop strength, mobility and stability to aid them in their recovery.

Outside of work Freddie likes to stay active by going to the gym and playing cricket, football and golf.
