Lauren is an Associate Level 2 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and trained at Himalaya Yoga Valley in India, in 2014. After completing her Teacher Training she travelled throughout India for a further 2 months teaching for free at every opportunity and gained more knowledge and confidence through the individuals she encountered.
Lauren has been actively practising Yoga since she was 16 years old, she was training to be a dancer at the time and felt Yoga was the perfect activity to do alongside Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern and Contemporary. In the end though Yoga won and has been her passion ever since.
With Lauren’s background in dance you can expect a fluid Yoga practice to help ease the body, heightening physical flexibility, strength and balance. Her classes also incorporate a good amount of meditation and pranayama practices to keep the traditional and ancient practice of yoga alive.
Above all her classes are fun, lighthearted and accessible, focused on finding the happiness in the everyday.
