Jasmine Tremain

Junior Associate

B.Ost

Jasmine, having graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in 2022, takes a holistic approach to assessment and treatment, looking at a patient as a whole person to help treat a variety of conditions.

She has a deep knowledge of sports and rehabilitation, taking a biomechanical approach to treatment and has experience and an even greater understanding of the mechanism involved in hiking, running and football.

Jasmine is an avid gamer and understands the importance of an ergonomic setup at home or in the office. She uses this experience to help develop effective treatment plans and help prevent future injuries.

She has a special interest in treating shoulder pain. The shoulder is one of the most mobile joints but in return loses stability and can lead to a variety of conditions caused by a sports injury or bad desk posture.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys going on woodland walks and wildlife photography.

Jasmine graduated from the London School Of Osteopathy in August 2022 and has since joined our practice as a Graduate Associate and fully registered osteopath.

Jasmine practices Osteopathy and Western Acupuncture.
