How do I make an Appointment?
If you’re looking to book an appointment relating to Osteopathy, IDD Therapy, Cranial Osteopathy, Chinese Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Western Acupuncture, Pilates Yoga, Tai Chi, Paediatric Osteopathy, Running Assessments and Gait Analysis you’ve come to the right place.

Our practice is located in Botley, Southampton, with on-site Parking.
The Totalcare Clinic Practice opening hours are
Monday – Friday 09.00 – 19.00
Saturday 09.00 – 13.30
It is not necessary to have a referral from you Doctor unless required by your insurance company.
When you make an appointment, as a courtesy our reception staff will normally contact you the day before as a reminder of your appointment, it is still your responsibility to keep your appointment.
If you wish to confirm your appointment please contact us by telephone and NOT email. If you cannot attend an appointment we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. Please remember that an early cancellation may allow a patient in acute pain to be seen.
